How to sell TP-Link Omada vouchers online

Updated 4 October 2026

TP-Link Omada makes it easy to put your WiFi behind a login page and create voucher codes. What it does not do is sell those codes for you. Someone still has to take the money and hand over a code.

This guide shows how to sell your Omada vouchers online, automatically, at any hour.

How Omada vouchers work

In your Omada controller you turn on a login page (the portal) and choose vouchers as the way guests sign in. You then create voucher codes in groups. Each group has its own rules: how long a code lasts and, if you want, how much data it allows.

A guest connects to your WiFi, the login page opens, they type a code, and they are online until the code runs out.

The problem with selling by hand

  • You have to confirm every transfer before you send a code.
  • Nobody can buy while you are busy, asleep or out of network.
  • Printed vouchers get lost, copied or sold twice.
  • You have no record of who bought what, or who keeps coming back.

Selling the same vouchers automatically

HotspotManager connects to the Omada controller you already have. You invite us as an admin on your controller, and your voucher groups appear in your dashboard. Your controller needs cloud access turned on so it can be reached remotely.

  1. Create a voucher group in Omada for each plan you want to sell, with plenty of codes in it.
  2. In your HotspotManager dashboard, pick the groups to sell and set a price for each.
  3. Share your WiFi shop link and your Telegram bot with your guests.
  4. A guest pays, and an unused code from that group is delivered to them straight away.

Your dashboard shows how many codes are left in each group, so you can top up before a plan sells out.

What you can set for each plan

  • The name and price your guests see.
  • How long it lasts, in minutes, hours or days.
  • A category, such as Daily or Weekly, so guests find it quickly.
  • Selling hours, for a night plan or any offer you only want sold at certain times.

What your guests get

They buy from a website with your business name on it, or from your own Telegram bot. The code shows up the moment they pay, and they can check how much data they have left without calling you.

Sell your WiFi automatically

HotspotManager gives you a WiFi shop website and a Telegram bot. Guests pay, get their code instantly, and the money lands in your bank. It works with TP-Link Omada and MikroTik.

Common questions

Do I need to change my Omada equipment?+

No. HotspotManager connects to the Omada controller and access points you already have. Your network stays as it is.

What happens when my voucher codes run out?+

Your dashboard shows how many codes are left in each voucher group. Create more codes in the same group in Omada and they become available to sell.

Can guests pay by bank transfer?+

Yes. Guests can pay by card or bank transfer, and the code is delivered as soon as the payment clears.
