Do I need new equipment?+
No. If you use TP-Link Omada or MikroTik, we connect to what you already have. Your access points and network stay as they are.
Who holds my money?+
You do. Guest payments land in your own payout balance, and you withdraw to your bank instantly, any time.
Who processes the payments?+
Bachs, our payment partner. Your guests pay by card or bank transfer.
What do I need to receive payments?+
A one-time identity check with Bachs, our payment partner: your NIN and a proof of address. You do it once, before your first withdrawal.
What if a guest pays and doesn't get a code?+
A code is only issued after the payment is confirmed, and every sale is logged, so you can resend a code from your dashboard.
I run Starlink. Does that work?+
Yes. Your internet stays the same; HotspotManager handles selling it.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?+
No. You pay the setup fee and the flat monthly fee, never a cut of your plan prices. Guests pay a small service fee at checkout, and you choose whether to share it.
I started on Single. What if I open another location?+
Pay ₦65,000 more and you move to the Operator plan, which covers up to 5 locations. Your monthly fee stays ₦5,000.
Is signing up free?+
Yes. Create your account for free and connect your first location free for 7 days. You pay the setup fee to keep selling after that.
How does the 7-day free trial work?+
Your 7 days start when your first location is connected. You sell as normal and the money is yours. Pay the setup fee any time that week to carry on. If you don't, your shop pauses until you do.
Partner programme
