Terms of Service
Last updated October 5, 2026
These Terms govern your use of HotspotManager at hotspotmanager.co, operated by Exovault Networks Limited (RC 9011001), Lagos, Nigeria (“HotspotManager”, “we”, “us”). HotspotManager lets WiFi hotspot operators (“you”, the “Operator”) sell WiFi access to their own customers (“Guests”). They also cover our partner programme (“Partners”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 and allowed to act for the business you register. Keep your login details safe: you are responsible for everything done under your account. Give us accurate contact details and keep them up to date, because we use them to reach you about your account and billing.
2. What HotspotManager provides
For each Operator, HotspotManager provides:
- a WiFi shop website where Guests buy WiFi plans;
- a Telegram bot with your business name, where Guests can also buy;
- a dashboard to manage your locations, plans, prices, sales and withdrawals;
- automatic delivery of WiFi codes to Guests after their payment is confirmed.
The website and bot show the same plans and prices, set from your dashboard. HotspotManager works with TP-Link Omada and MikroTik equipment.
3. Connecting your equipment
TP-Link Omada: you invite HotspotManager as an administrator on your own Omada account. We never ask for or store your Omada password.
MikroTik: you run a setup command we give you on your router.
You confirm that you own, or are allowed to manage, the network and equipment you connect, and that connecting it doesn't break any agreement you have with a landlord, internet provider or anyone else. We use this access only to run HotspotManager for you, such as creating and checking WiFi codes. We don't look at your Guests' internet traffic.
4. Setup fees and plans
Signing up is free. You pay a one-time setup fee to connect locations:
| Plan | One-time setup fee | Covers |
|---|---|---|
| Single | ₦35,000 | 1 location |
| Operator | ₦100,000 | Up to 5 locations |
| Upgrade from Single to Operator | ₦65,000 | Up to 5 locations in total |
| Each extra location on Operator | ₦20,000 | 1 more location beyond 5 |
A paid location can be connected at any time. Setup fees are non-refundable once paid, except where the law requires otherwise. We may change our prices in the future; a change never affects fees you have already paid.
Free trial: a new Operator can connect their first location free for 7 days. The 7 days start when that location is connected. You can pay the setup fee at any time during the trial to keep selling. If the trial ends unpaid, your shop and bot are paused for new Guest purchases until you pay; your account, your data and your Guests' wallet balances are kept. There is one free trial per Operator and per WiFi controller, and no monthly fee is charged during it. We may change or end the free trial offer for new sign-ups at any time.
5. Monthly fee
Once you have at least one connected location, a monthly fee applies: ₦5,000 a month covers up to 5 connected locations, plus ₦1,000 a month for each connected location beyond 5. There is no monthly fee for a month in which you have no connected location.
We invoice on the 1st of each month for the month before, and the invoice is due on the 7th. If an invoice is still unpaid after its due date, your shop and bot are paused for new Guest purchases until it is paid. Pausing doesn't delete your account, your data, or your Guests' wallet balances, and paying the invoice turns selling back on straight away.
6. Guest payments and the service fee
Guest payments are processed by Bachs, our payment partner. Guests pay by card or bank transfer on your website or bot.
A service fee of 8% of each Guest payment applies. It covers payment processing and the running of HotspotManager. You choose, in your dashboard settings, who bears it: your Guests (it is added to the price they pay), you (it is deducted from what you receive), or a split between the two, in 10% steps. You can change this setting at any time; the change applies to payments made after it.
You are the seller of WiFi access to your Guests. You set your own prices and are responsible for your own refund and complaint policy with your Guests, and for providing the WiFi service you sell. Money a Guest adds to their wallet on your shop can only be spent with you.
7. Getting paid
Money from your Guests' payments, less the service fee, goes to your payout balance, which you can see in your dashboard. You can withdraw it to a bank account in your name.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete a one-time identity check (“KYC”) with Bachs, currently your NIN and a proof of address. Bachs's own terms also apply to payments and payouts. Withdrawal times depend on Bachs and your bank.
We or Bachs may delay or hold a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, where a payment is disputed, or where the law or Bachs requires it. We will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
8. Partner programme
Anyone can join the partner programme and share a referral link or code. When a business that signed up through your link or code makes a setup-fee payment (section 4), you earn 20% of that payment, credited once the payment is confirmed. For example: ₦20,000 when they pay ₦100,000 for the Operator plan, or ₦7,000 when they pay ₦35,000 for Single. You don't earn on monthly fees, the service fee, or the business's WiFi sales.
You can request a cash-out of your earned balance to a bank account in your own name, which we verify before paying. Cash-outs are reviewed and paid by us, usually within a few working days.
Referring yourself or a business you own, creating fake accounts, or any misleading or spammy promotion is not allowed. If we find it, we may cancel the rewards involved and close your partner account. We may change or end the partner programme; rewards already confirmed before a change will still be paid.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use HotspotManager to:
- sell network access you aren't allowed to sell or manage;
- help anyone commit fraud, send spam, or do anything unlawful;
- get around our security, rate limits, or another account's boundaries;
- copy, reverse engineer, scrape or resell HotspotManager itself.
10. Service availability
We work to keep HotspotManager running at all times, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Parts of it depend on services outside our control, including your internet connection and equipment, and third-party services we rely on.
11. Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend or close an account for unpaid fees, suspected fraud or abuse, unlawful use, or a serious breach of these Terms. You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Some records, such as billing, payment and transaction history, are kept after closing, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Limits on our liability
HotspotManager is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales caused by an outage of your equipment, your internet, or a third-party service. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under Nigerian law, including for fraud or gross negligence.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover us for claims that arise from how you use HotspotManager, the network you sell, or a dispute between you and your Guests.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects you, such as a change to fees, we will tell you by email or in your dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use HotspotManager after that means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
